  Don’t waste your time with this facility. Went in for our pups checkups and we have a senior dog who has quite the wrap sheet. We brought our concerns up in our visit and not only did the vet completely disregard our concerns but they didn’t even document that we spoke about it. Fast forward 4 days, our senior pups issue became much worse and when I called to ask for a follow up, I was told to go to the ER. Absolutely not! I had just spent $830 just 4 days prior and our concern wasn’t even addressed. They finally got us in 1 day later, after I called a second time and demanded to be seen, for the follow up (5 days post initial visit) and charged us AGAIN, this time $130 after THEY were the ones that didn’t address our concerns the first visit! Lastly, the original visit requested urine & fecal samples which we brought in and our senior pups urine sample came back with a possible UTI so they wanted her on antibiotics for 1 week then another urine sample to determine if the UTI had cleared. Brought that sample in and was charged AGAIN, another $52!! Over $1,000 later for frickin wellness checks!! Absolutely ridiculous! Worst experience and care! We won’t be back!

  I think this place is struggling right now with staff etc. However, I think My dog would still be alive if I went some where else. Left us hanging multiple accounts, screwed up prescriptions, made appt to see Dr and got there changed to see tech. No end of life guidance at all.

  I’ve been coming to this vet for five years. It’s looking like I’m needing to find a new one. I called to try to get my dog in for an eye issue and the front desk said they don’t have any appointments for 2+ weeks. I asked if I could leave a note for the doctor to see if they could squeeze her in and she said it doesn’t matter if a note is left that the doctors won’t do anything about it. It makes me really sad to think that our pets are just a check. My previous vet would have bent over backwards for their community animals. Sucks I moved so far. It just breaks my heart that for an issue like this I either have to go to the emergency room and pay five times the amount or my dog can lose her eye waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. And the amount of care I was given over the phone was next to nothing. I’m gonna be calling A different vet and trying to get her in sooner tomorrow I’ll be sure to update this post as to where I went and the experience I had.—-update, I contacted Wildflower Vet and already had a better experience. Makes me sad since we have been so loyal to this vet. But Wildflower is a bit cheaper and they were so nice on the phone and can get my dog in the same day I called!

  Called them the first time and the first lady told me to go to urgent care because it was urgent. I called the second time and to accelerate the appointment and the lady was rude again. 1. Dont ever play with my dogs wellbeing by giving false information 2. Dont ever play with my wellbeing 3. Dont ever treat me with disrespect.

  I’ve been a client for a bit. For at least 4 years now. Today kinda really makes me want to switch vets! I called Sunday afternoon and left a VM (I know they’re not open) to call me in the morning (Monday). My dog hurt his leg somehow some way, and they did and I believe before 8am! I was shocked and was happy. To my surprise they had no emergency visit available. I mean come on, on a Monday, like really!?. An emergency vet will cost 10 times the amount if he just sprained (then tell us to fallback up with our vet) it and the soonest will be the next day, late afternoon…. I guess what I’m getting at, is the fact you have a vet with one Dr on. After a weekend, when possibly ppl calling to see if they can get in for little emergency (like myself) that they don’t think require a vet ER visit. She told me on the phone , they only have one Dr. on staff on Monday’s, and can’t fit him in and to take him to an emergency vet! I asked why one Dr, she replied, that’s just how they schedule. I said maybe you need to tell who ever does the scheduling to do better and figure something out. I’ve never had a vet get not get me in for little emergencies before or tell me to go to the ER. They’ve always been able to fit us in.
