  Waited 10 minutes for an employee to come to register. No one came. All employees ignored me when I asked to check out.

  I asked a young woman working in the dog food section about the value of Grains in dog food, and she was able to give me a lot of valuable information. I was very impressed! The guy at checkout was also very professional and deficient. Great job in the store!

  The staff here are friendly but lack any sort of urgency when checking out. I usually go in to grab just a few items and end up spending twice as much time in the checkout line as I do shopping. Today I bought a package of cat treats and realized in the parking lot that they were almost 4 months expired. Thankfully I didn’t get all the way home and went back in the store to exchange it right away. When I went back to get a fresh package, there was another package on the shelf that was expired too. Waiting in line to exchange the item of course took a painfully long time, and the employee didn’t even offer a bare minimum apology for the inconvenience.

  I get my dogs groomed here and they always do such a great job! They are always welcoming and professional and very careful with my dog. My dog always looks great and happy when coming here!

  This PetCo was the only store in northern Colorado that had what I needed. The customer service was great too. They also had this friendly girl who was completely shredded hulking aquariums and stacking gains. She was cute and nice 👍
