  Taylor and Dr. Rollins were great. So thorough and I was so pleased they would see Jack and provide a quick appt. and the vaccination I needed. Petco gave us a coupon as a 1st time visit waiving the exam fee. So pleased! Thank you.

  Thankful for the same day appointment for my little dog that went very well. Techs and vet were informative, patient, kind and empathetic to my feelings of panic. Very reasonable prices. Will return!

  Brought in our baby girl cause she was itching her ears and the staff was so nice and informative! They gave us the pricing before they did anything. We could hear the staff playing with her when they took her in the back to treat her ears. Great service and it wasn’t that expensive! Definitely recommend.

  Facility is clean, no funny odors. Staff is friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered, everything was explained so that I understood what was going on with my baby. My fur baby, who usually doesn't like strangers, was comfortable with all the staff..I am very satisfied with my visit and I highly recommend this facility.

  Sadly we had a horrible experience today. We showed up to an appointment made for my dog. I had my sibling go in before me to get a muzzle for my dog to keep him and others safe and she returns to tell me they are refusing to see my dog. As any adult would do I go in to get clarification and get to meet the rudest vet tech I have ever met. I understand if the staff does not feel safe dealing with a big dog that reacts (bites) when he is scared but she should have been polite explained the situation and left it at that. Instead she was brief rude and clearly upset. She waits until the end of the conversation to say the staff would not see him as they were nervous to be around him as last time he was there he would not comply with staff and snipped at staff. I did not go in there to argue but rather to get the full picture and call it a day. I did not get her name but she was a larger woman with really dark filled in eye brows and was a vet tech. I hope the clinic does something to fix this and that she treats the next customer better and gives them a more pleasant experience. The front staff was lovely and polite. She deserves a raise for dealing with that horrible environment the vet tech is creating.
