- MRMuthu RajSep 3, 20265.0They are very kind
- JTJocelyn TSep 1, 20261.0Dakota was very rude when I asked if there were any more affordable options for the medication prescribed for my cat. I was simply trying to see if there was a cheaper alternative, and she responded, ‘So you ordered it knowing you couldn’t afford it.’ I found this response unnecessarily judgmental and unhelpful.
- CMCathy MerrisAug 31, 20263.0The assistant and the vet were extremely nice. The girl that’s on the front desk. Everything is the customer’s fault. She has no people skills.
- DFDana FredericksAug 27, 20265.0Always friendly and professional!
- JMJean MarsoAug 18, 20265.0Taylor and Dr. Rollins were great. So thorough and I was so pleased they would see Jack and provide a quick appt. and the vaccination I needed. Petco gave us a coupon as a 1st time visit waiving the exam fee. So pleased! Thank you.
