- MCMickey Chacon6 days ago5.0This was the first time I was there. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I didn't wait more that 5 minutes. They took the time to listen and give suggestions. I will be back!
- CMCheryl MamduSep 27, 20265.0Very good customer service
- SCSabrina CooperSep 25, 20265.0Great experience from checking in for Levi's appointment to the vet tech and vet. I found out during the visit that I needed to change Levi's food and treats because of a chicken allergy.
- DTDeborah ToddSep 24, 20264.0i had a 2:00pm appointment and was told to arrive 10 minutes early ( which i did ) to check paperwork for my cat. When i got there no one showed up until about 2:05pm.
- SLSarah LockhartSep 18, 20262.0I’m surprisingly disappointed, I’ve always had positive interactions with the employees at Petco. The vet team, at least the front desk, are very rude and made the experience feel as an inconvenience to their day. Additionally, it’s VERY EXPENSIVE compared to my pups primary vet, which is mom and pop owned vet. I made this appointment at Petco because the issue was minor and a nail trim. Just to be physically at the office-$93.00. The vet tech initially stated an ear swap and nail trim would be $190 in addition to the $93. When I appeared shocked by her sales pitch, she provided a price for the swab and trim that was $144 in addition to the $93. The experience was not welcoming & felt very sales based rather than patient oriented. I added a picture of kenobi, just to add a little happiness to this post!
