  My dog’s private genitalia were nipped by clipper he was red for days I contacted cs but no one has reached back out. His long tail was cut completely off my recommendation is to bring a picture of what your breed should look like to see if they can achieve it. I thought he understood what I requested apparently not at all. However the tail was cut completely short it was shorter than when he was a puppy, it will grow back in time. They were nice!

  We brought our two long-haired dachshunds in for a basic bath and trim — this was our second visit with one dog and first with the other. Prior to drop-off, we disclosed in the pre-check-in form and again in person with the groomer (Kenzie) that both dogs can be anxious and vocal, and that one of them in particular is timid and prone to barking when scared. We were clear that neither dog bites. At pickup, we were told that the groom for one dog could not be completed because he was too active on the table and the groomer didn’t feel comfortable continuing. He had been bathed and partially cleaned up. The groomer suggested we consider giving him CBD in the future or using a veterinary-led grooming facility that could sedate him if needed. No other issues were mentioned at pickup, and we paid in full. Once home, we found two clipper/buzzer cuts on that dog’s stomach that had not been disclosed to us at pickup. Our other dog, who had no incomplete-groom issue, had two circular marks on her stomach that were not present before the appointment. Neither injury was mentioned to us by staff. We understand that accidents can happen, particularly with a first-time groom and dogs with known anxiety. Our concern is not that something went wrong — it’s that we were not told. We would have appreciated direct communication about any injuries at pickup. Finding them ourselves afterward, with no explanation offered, is what prompted this review. We will not be returning to this location.

  Shiloh is very wary of people, but she was so happy to see Logan and didn’t shy away from the other groomers. This speaks highly of him and them.

  The groomers here are absolutely amazing. I accidentally confused the timing of my appointment and they took my dogs in the next day even with a busy schedule. The way they love on my dogs (even asking how their summer was going) just really warms my heart and builds my trust. And the grooming job is always top notch and done with the utmost care, talent and patience!
