- ESEmmaRae Shelton4 days ago1.0For a store open so late, they really do start to refuse service such early on in the day due to “the specialist” went home. Such a same since half of the “specialist” are highschool kids, I feel as if it shouldn’t be that difficult to help someone. Would rather order everything on Amazon where it’s much cheaper for the same quality or higher.
- MBMassey BillSep 4, 20265.0Good service
- SGSG GMAug 23, 20261.0Had my dog groomed today and she has very strong smelling cologne on. I’m sensitive to strong smells and should have been ask first. In the past for grooming I’ve always been ask. I’m going to have to give her a bath which defeats the purpose of having her groomed.
- BRBrandi RAug 14, 20265.0Petco at Southlands mall has outstanding customer service and employees that will help you find what you are looking for
- JMJust meAug 14, 20265.0Used to shop Quincy/Buckley location but their Staff is abysmal. Decided to frequent Southland location and what a world of difference. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and customer service driven. Nice too experience in a retail world of indifference. Great job 👏
