We were refused sale of the fish because we weren't willing to buy the recommended tank ($100.00) and chemicals. If is is policy than it only applies to the patrons but not the store itself as betas live in sorry little plastic cups without filtration of plants. Talk about a doubt standard and being money hungry. Worst Experience, retrain your folks!! Take your business elsewhere, we did.
