This should be the face of your business at this location she has manager qualities and is very professional and was kind and empathetic to my situation that took place at this location regarding some defective equipment. Riley save the day and save the store from getting one star and a terrible review if it was left up to you manager Carol two thumbs down very lazy, rude and unprofessional something I would expect from a clerk not the manager of PetCo. Carlos Shame on you for letting a much younger women who is a sales clerk outshine you today since you were standing there sulking with an attitude. I hope your 40 something year old who hired you as a manager was taking notes.
