  I would like to express my serious disappointment with the grooming service I received at PETCO. On August 19, I scheduled an appointment to have my dog bathed and groomed. The result was completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, showed a serious lack of professionalism and commitment to the quality of service PETCO claims to provide. I am attaching photos so people can clearly see how uneven and unfinished her haircut was. The staff explained that they were unable to finish the grooming properly because my dog was very nervous. I understand that every dog can react differently; however, PETCO provides professional grooming services, and I would expect its groomers to be trained to handle nervous or anxious pets appropriately and, most importantly, to know when to stop the service if an animal becomes too stressed. What concerns me the most is that when I picked her up, my dog was terrified and visibly distressed. Seeing her in that condition naturally makes me question what happened while she was in their care. To make matters worse, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility for a service that was clearly incomplete, I was told I would receive a “discount.” The original price was approximately $80, and they still wanted to charge me $70. Charging $70 for an unfinished grooming job that looked like this is completely unacceptable. I wasn't expecting a $10 discount. I expected professionalism, accountability, and, at the very least, a sincere apology for the poor service and the condition in which my dog was returned to me. I sincerely hope PETCO investigates what happened during my dog's appointment, including how she was handled, and takes the necessary steps to ensure that another pet and their owner do not have to go through a similar experience.

  Drove a half hour today specifically because I've been told in the past ghost shrimp come in on Thursdays, and they usually sell out quick. Ask the woman IN THE AQUATICS section for help with shrimp and was told aquatics was closed.

  Our Tito loved his Visits here. He got some great treats and met some nice ladies.

  Petco is great. The cashier that helped me was very helpful and nice.

  Been coming here for years & years it has it's ups & downs but for the most never really had a bad experience
