Website and sign on door states that the grooming department is open 8-6 everyday. Stopped in on a Wednesday at 4:30 for a nail trim and was told by the groomer that they were closing and could not take an appointment. I asked if the hours stated were incorrect on the front door and she said," No.. but 8-4 are MY hours". So this was just a waste of my time to come here. Will see if Petsmart honors their store hours.

After going to 2 different places, they had exactly what I was looking for! Their tanks of animals and fish are very clean, with nothing dead. The service was fast too!

Worst experience at this location! The overly talkative cashier was more concerned with having a long conversation with a customer while the line of people waiting grew! After that she decided to open a 2nd register and asked me to go there. She rang up my purchase, but the cc machine never came to the payment option. In the mean time, she rang up 3 other customers before I asked her to ring me up on the WORKING REGISTER...which sounded like a good idea to her then. This person's name is Alaina and hopefully this will bring on a training opportunity for her to attend. I'll drive the extra distance to go to Petsmart next time I need $100 in pet food!!!
