  Went in today for cat food and the manager with the green hair was so incredibly kind and helpful :) She gave me fantastic recommendations for a high protein nutritious kibble for my 3 kitties. She was extremely sweet and approachable and by far, gave me one of the best interactions I’ve had at any pet store. She has incredible knowledge on pets in the store and you can tell she really cares for all the animals on the premises and wants them to go to good homes! PLUS she showed me a picture of her cute cat at home too :3 I think her name was Tess? She deserves a raise and all the applause! Fantastic customer service! I’ll be coming back to this location just because of her! 10/10

  I had purchased a hamster for my husband because he really fell in love with him at this location. We owned up to our mistake when we had to bring him back, because we did not realize that no matter how much time you give hamsters, their hearts cant handle cage cleanings or handling. Because i wanted to be responsible, and not just think about all the money I've spent on him, like most would've. I brought him back, in hopes that he could find a good home that is looking for a pet that they just dont handle. I felt judged, because I did a ton of research and saw that gerbils would be a better fit than a hamster, especially a fancy hamster. Every resource, reddit, PetMD, everything says that Hamsters tend to be more aggressive with humans than Gerbils. The Manager of this location decided she did not want me to have the gerbils and misinformed me to make me feel bad about purchasing them. It was never that I minded the smell, it was never that I had intentions on stressing a hamster out, it was simply realizing what pet would be better for our situation. We dont mind giving them time to decompress, we do mind being told that gerbils are worse than hamsters at bonding with humans when this is far from true. I just had good intentions in my heart and walked away feeling ashamed.

  Ordered a Automatic litter box to pick up only to have them cancel my order with out notifying me cause they had a different color in stock. Made me waste time and offered no solution.

  All of the staff at Petco on Havana are very helpful and cheerful. The manager is amazing. He is always on-hand to help customers find what they need.

  I took my 13 year old long haired cat to this location, to get him groomed. Kate was so sweet, my cat looks and smells amazing and she did a fantastic job with him! So nice I love this location!!! Thank you Kate!!!! He wasn't even upset when we got home 10 out of 10 would go to her again!!!!!
