  This one in particular just has subpar customer service. There’s always only one cashier while others stand around. The fish section interrogation is annoying and uncomfortable. And instead of asking the right questions or suggesting things that make sense they try to make you feel bad for whatever you’re trying to buy. Selection is slimmer; but generally they have what we need and they’re close. It’s a case of no interaction is the best interaction.

  My daughter and I had a great experience! We where looking for a hamster and we found one. She is so much fun and entertaining. The lady who helped us was so sweet and even went to the back to get a hamster for us that wasn't displayed in the store. She gave us helpful hint that we can use later on. She even saved us 15 percent on my whole order. I ended up spending a little over $100 and saved $30 so pretty much I got the hamster free 🥰. My daughter is a happy teen now. This is Nugget born Feburary 15th 2026. She is so loveable. The lady even helped us find the most tamed hammy. Thank's for being a awesome store clerk. Wish I could remember her name. Your a store rock star 🤗 Keep up the awesomeness. If u see this show your manager and let them know it was u whom helped us. Thank you again.
