- VGVape GamersOct 1, 20261.0I would give zero stars if I could, every time I've gone into this store I have had nothing but people being rude all 10 times, staff is rude, today I came in and was told the aquatic life were the managers babies, and her fish, its at a PET STORE not your Home it'll they are yours and not for sale even though I proved I could take care of the aquatic amphibian I wanted I was told they wont sell me one of their babies, this store will no longer be getting my BUISNESS. The cashier was nice he was freindly the only pleasant experience I've had at this store was at checkout today. This store has treated me so poorly thay I honestly wish I could get it shut down, I will now be ordering my aquatic creatures online and have them delivered petco used to be my go to store but this one is truly terrible

But When I asked a woman named Cherokee about where the cat food was, she very rudely replied that if I would just go look i couldprobablyfind it on my own. I am handicapped and have a lot of difficulty walking around a big store. So I don't really have a choice to just wander around looking for signs. This person's attitude needs adjustment. Maybe something wrong at home but that's where you leave it if you work in customer service. Thank you for reading my review.
