- SEStephanie EhretAug 10, 20261.0I have been with Banfield since the early 2000s with all of my dogs. I have at least three at any given moment. I will never go to any Banfield ever again, but most definitely not this office. They have been absolutely atrocious and handling my elderly dog’s care. He is in palliative care dying from cancer and the treatment we have received at Banfield has been so horrific that I want to stop any person from taking their dogs to this clinic if you care about your animals. Not only are they poor caregivers but the front staff is extremely rude. If you are planning to see this veterinary clinic, please proceed with caution. I would go to any other clinic over this one with my loved animals. If you have a bad experience and would like to speak to a manager, they are full of excuses. Even if you simply ask for a call back from their staff, do not count on getting an answer. Again, this clinic is absolute garbage. I feel so strongly about this that I will make sure every day that my review is still there and not deleted by them. That is how poorly my family was treated.

- NRnikky RobertJul 29, 20263.0The vet and staff are amazing and kind. You do have to hear them try to sell you Pet Insurance and they push it. They do not go over cost at all. They do not inform you about what they will charge. And when you ask why its so expensive they try to sell pet Insurance again! Yhen make you feel bad about not getting it. It will run about $900.00 to get 2 dogs u Der 20lbs their vaccines and check up. Due to the surprise cost and sales push I will never go back.

- IBIda BethMay 21, 20261.02nd review because I am that angry about how much they care about money over animal care. These poor vets need to find a place that will support them correctly. I love my vet, but upper management needs to be HEAVILY RETRAINED! The FIELD MANAGER(MANAGES ALL BANFIELDS IN THE AREA) Making a snide comment to my back as I'm walking out of the facility was totally inappropriate. Ilona acting like I'm not a human being in front of her when she is your CSC was also totally inappropriate. I will also being filing a formal complaint and calling back to follow up on what was done to rectify these behaviors.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
