- IBIda BethMay 21, 20261.02nd review because I am that angry about how much they care about money over animal care. These poor vets need to find a place that will support them correctly. I love my vet, but upper management needs to be HEAVILY RETRAINED! The FIELD MANAGER(MANAGES ALL BANFIELDS IN THE AREA) Making a snide comment to my back as I'm walking out of the facility was totally inappropriate. Ilona acting like I'm not a human being in front of her when she is your CSC was also totally inappropriate. I will also being filing a formal complaint and calling back to follow up on what was done to rectify these behaviors.

(a phone call would of been nice) and a different lady without knowing what front desk was already doing (which was rescheduling) just shouts “way too early can’t do that at all” overall very unprofessional and rude and not too mention how dusty and dirty the facility was.

I had a sick dog who needed care and scheduled her an appointment. I drove 30 minutes with my sick dog, just to roll up and see that the door was locked and phones were off. I left a message and never received a call back. Extremely unprofessional.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
