- TTtaylor tenley1 day ago5.0I rarely write reviews unless I feel they’re truly deserved, but I absolutely love the grooming department at Petco in Yucca Valley. I have two dogs an Australian Shepherd and a Lab mix and they are the only groomers I trust with them. Every time I pick them up, I am impressed with the results. They know exactly how to groom an Aussie properly and somehow always manage to get my girl’s butt and toes looking perfect, even though she’s pretty sassy about having them touched. My Lab mix, Sadie, always comes back with the shiniest, softest coat. It’s obvious that the groomers genuinely care about the dogs they work with and take pride in what they do. The staff is always friendly, professional, and great with my dogs. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I was with my husband and may appear mostly able-bodied, but due to my disability, lifting something that heavy would have caused me significant pain. His willingness to step in without hesitation made a real difference and was deeply appreciated. It’s easy for invisible disabilities to go unnoticed, and acts of kindness and attentive customer service like Trevor’s matter more than people realize. Thank you, Trevor, for your help, professionalism, and compassion — it did not go unnoticed.
