  I was there for a follow up for my dog. I was notified during my initial appt by a different vet at this facility to return in one week to assess the effectiveness of the treatments for eye, ear, and paw concerns. At the follow up a vet tech came to the lobby to inquire how the treatments were working. I told her I didn’t know, but that my dog was still showing some behaviors. The tech then took my dog to a back room, leaving me in the lobby. I didn’t think anything of this at the time, I just assumed the vet wanted privacy to work without distractions. When she returned with my dog after sufficient time, I asked if the vet thinks her wounds show any positive progress towards healing, she said that the vet had not assessed my dog. That was alarming to me, I couldn’t imagine the doctor not coming into their patient’s room to set eyes on their patient themselves. The tech then developed an attitude and asked if I wanted her to take the dog back for an assessment. I was confused, I was under the impression that’s why they were taken to the back room to begin with. In the end I was just over it and wanted to go home. I told her there was no need for an assessment now that she was handing me my dog and my invoice. Her tone and annoyance was unprofessional and unnecessary. I wouldn’t recommend anyone accept this suboptimal care for their beloved pets. Overall it was just a frustrating appt. Feels negligent and concerning that the vet didn’t check their patients. I was charged $59.50 for a progress assessment that was never performed.

  This place has good pricing and wonderful staff from the front desk people ,Jada and desaria and vet techs , derek and the one girl who's tattooed and the Dr kosher

  we had a really nice vet visit the doctor was great and his son was very compassionate and as for are vet tech JAMIE C. she was incredible absolutely amazing and beautiful and smart she also saved us thousands of dollars we will be back ,if one of our animals gets sick of course

  Called into the place I spoke with Derek however he told me that they cannot give prices over the phone however I was able to find out that they do vaccine clinics on Thursdays. I believe he was a technician who helped my grandparents who came down from Washington with their two dogs . I believe the doctor that they also work with a super Wonderful I believe they said his name is Doctor K something I encourage people to Check out this place

  I came to the clinic on friday, i was creeded by derek at the front desk.I had some questions about shots, and he walked me through the whole thing.He was super nice and answered all my questions.Even the stupid ones I highly recommend this place
