Instead of being courteous and helpful, I was treated with disrespect, and my concerns were dismissed. Customer service should make customers feel welcome, but this interaction did the exact opposite. The woman claimed to be the manager however she sure was not acting as if one. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but there is no excuse for speaking to customers in an unprofessional manner. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unwilling to return to this location. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously, addresses this employee’s behavior, and provides additional training to ensure other customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
