- AGAndres GiraldoOct 1, 20261.0Last Monday, I received a call from this place stating that my dog's grooming appointment was being cancelled because I had booked it too late. According to Google Maps, the business closes at 6 p.m., and my dog's appointment was at 4 p.m. The young woman who spoke to me on the phone was very rude; she said I couldn't expect them to focus solely on my dog, as they had to clean their workspace. She said that was the reason they wouldn't groom my dog at that time, though I could bring him in at 2 p.m. What I don't understand is how a place that closes at 6 p.m. expects to take the last dog of the day at 2p.m. They need 4 hours to clean the workspace. 😂😂😂😂😂 The way I see it, there are plenty of people out there who need a job, yet these individuals—who work for a major company like Petco—don't want to do the work; so, if they aren't willing to do their jobs, they should just step aside.
