  We took our Aussie here for his haircut and the place was absolutely wonderful! It's clean and the people are very helpful! While we waited we just went over to the pizza place next door which was fabulous as well!

  We really wanted to love Bowie. The staff has always been kind. We chose Bowie because of the great reviews. Unfortunately, this past appointment will be our last. Before the appointment, we left detailed notes each time and specifically requested a groomer experienced with Yorkie cuts. We even provided a reference photo of exactly what we wanted. Instead, our dog came home looking nothing like the requested cut. Please see the reference picture of a previous cut(third pic) and the results from today (first and second pic). In the first photo you can see she looks nothing like requested and in the second photo you can see how choppy her neck is. Very disappointing!! What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled. We reached out hoping the company would make it right, but the response was simply an apology and to cancel our membership. It felt like once they had received our membership fees, there wasn’t much interest in resolving the issue or retaining us as customers. We’re genuinely disappointed because the staff was kind to our dog, and that means a lot to us. Unfortunately, kindness alone isn’t enough when the grooming result is this far from what was requested, and the follow-up left us feeling unheard.

  My dogLuna was happy after her bath but I was more happy than her. The location is perfect and the staff is wonderful. They really love dogs, at least mine and the other 2 they interact with. I rate this place with a 5. Will return and recommend to everyone. See you guys soon 😁
