Jupiter is super kind and considerate. I only went for a nail trim and wash, but she told me about my dog having some issues with his back legs when she trims his nails. It seems small, but I appreciate hearing this kind of feedback. I’ve taken him to another place that never felt like it was personal and sometimes felt like they would just neglect him for hours for a similar service. I liked how quick it was and how kind everyone was. Will definitely be coming back with my doggie <3

***I strongly recommend —staying away— from this grooming salon*** They are lazy and would rather cut or shave your dog’s coat than put in the effort to properly brush it out. I brought in my toy poodle, who is very well-groomed and regularly brushed. The groomer, who seemed like she had only been on the job for two days, held him for less than two seconds before saying, “Just so you know, we’re going to shave him.” Of course, I didn’t leave him there and took him home immediately! This is a dog, not a rat! You charge accordingly, so the quality of service should reflect the price. The easiest thing to do is take clippers and remove all the hair. You are lazy and should not accept dogs with longer coats if using a brush and putting in some effort is too much for you.

Haven’t even gotten my dog groomed yet, I will in a couple hours though! But I just wanted to write an early review thanking the nice lady Jupiter. She was soooo helpful and kind over the phone! This is my first puppy which is a 3 month old Standard Poodle, and she gave me all the cautions and recommendations from her heart. She was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the best practices and processes to do for puppies - which was so helpful for me being a new dog owner. Best part, I didn’t even ask her to give me the knowledge. She just did, you can tell Jupiter loves what she does and cares about the animals in her care and in general. Thank you so much Jupiter for just making the call booking experience so amazing! Update : The grooming went amazing. Thank you to the entire team at Bowie Barker Woodland Hills, from the cashier, the groomers, the entire experience. They did amazing with my puppy Shadow, sent updates, and his trimming + bath came out way better than I expected. I’d give 10+ stars if I could. Thanks!
