  i ordered some stuff online. The employees kept telling me that I should do weird things that seem to be scams. Will not be back to this location. likely will avoid ordering from Petco.

  Oh, yes, if you want to go to this Petco, make sure that they really take a good look at the person and not discriminate. This Petco discriminated a woman by calling her a man And let me tell you, this is the most disrespectful pecco I always go to, and they have no respect for people here, and I'm gonna make sure it's public to everybody who goes in there that they're gonna be discriminated by them.

  I had bought in 2014 a dog and began coming to this petco in 2015 I continued for many years referring family and friends. I got a new Pup in 2020 she was 8 weeks old Jayke was my favorite groomer he left and I tried to continue until the didnt properly clean my senior dog who was adult at the time, it continued so i found a new groomer. Sadly she moved out of state. So I thought I would try again and the worst experience I didnt even allow your tech to do anything to any of my 4 dogs... i mentioned that my mother and I thought our senior male had stroke or seized so we took him to emergency vet. where they examined him said neither had happened and to just keep watch over him. well when this happens he leans so I being a worrier to the techs if he leans call me I will come get him because I worry. Sam would not let my dog washed, rudely by the way...I will not recommend this petco to any of my neighbors I did get my dogs groomed the same day and it may have been more but it was done right and with out issues... losing business isnt how you make money. Also I will be contacting my lawyer I was so upset I had to see my doctor those are my emtional support pets. I hope you find better staff she isnt good with people... update I called the er vet we went to and they couldnt understand why he was denied when we explained she sent us an email with findings and results of visit NON WERE SEIZURES OR STROKE JUST SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS TO SMALL SENIOR DOG. UPDATE FROM REPLY FROM CORPRATE... A coroprate woman called me following this review not only was she not helpful. WHEN SPEAKING WITH HER SHE WAS VERY ARGUEMENTATIVE DIDNT WANT TO HEAR WHAT HAD HAPPENED. I EXPLAINED TO HER IN DETAIL WHAT HAPPENED AND STILL SAME RESPONSE ( DOG DOESNT HAVE ANY CONDITIONS JUST OLD) 2 of MY dogs are emotional support pets and since this whole ordeal I have had to take medication I wasnt on before from all the anxiety these people have caused me. they also have note saying my mother and I CURSED at them OVER THE PHONE were GOD fearing Christians and dont carry ourselves in that manor to be accused of such is not ok at all I visited a different location to see if it was employees or just the company as whole and its the whole company. Dont go to petco and mention any concerns of your pet if you do they will not treat them. even if you provide vet documents to stating dog has no condition. So if your dog is senior and has ANY ISSUES DONT TELL THEM. THE DAY THEY TURNED US AWAY FOR THAT ONE DOG WHEN WE HAD APPOINTMENTS FOR 4 DOGS WE WENT TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY ALL TOGETHER AND HAD ALL 4 DOGS DONE WITHOUT ISSUES THEY EVEN RATING OF THE CONDUCT OF THE PET OUR SENIOR WHO THEY TURNED AWAY HAS 5 STARS THE GROOMER SAID HE WAS SO EASY AND GENTLE SHE CANT WAIT FOR NEXT VISIT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PETCO TO IF YOU HAVE PET NEEDS GO TO PET SMART OR ACTUALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. SCENTHOUND WAS NICER AND MORE PEOPLE FRIENDLY AS WELL.

  Incompetent workers at the grooming salon today. They wanted to reschedule me cause my appointment was at 4 pm on a Friday and I'm sure they had plans to get off early. Unprofessional
