- AAAlexAug 21, 20261.0schedule an appointment to get my cat vaccinated, confirm and show up all just to tell me they won't vaccinate a 19 year old cat. They say "it's not safe". No where when booking the appointment or in their communications does it say there's an age limit to get a cat vaccinated. I had to leave work early and drag my cat across town just to be refused a simple rabies shot. Ridiculous.

From the moment we walked in, until we left, everyone was so kind and helpful! The doctor was wonderful and she was through with explaining everything. Her assistant was so kind and helpful gave us some good advice too! The young lady checking us in was as sweet as could be. The young man at the cash register was very kind! I highly recommend this Petco Vaccination Clinic.
- BMBrianna Maddy-BoykinAug 3, 20261.0I had an appointment for my cat who is 19 years old, she was seen and given a vaccine a month ago. She is in good health and is very friendly. I had prepaid for this vaccine and upon check in they noticed the age of my cat and said I’m not sure the vet will vaccinate her because of her age. He went to talk with the vet Dr Noakes who never once step out to speak with me, see my cat, or review her chart. He came back and said she will not vaccinate pets over 15 years of age and they need to be taken to a pet hospital to be vaccinated. I asked why I was not contacted prior to taking my elderly cat in a carrier on a day that is over 100° which is stressful for any cat of any age for absolutely no reason at all. He informed me that they are able to see appointment a few weeks prior of who will be seen but they do not contact patients. Also could not help me with a refund and referred me to call IT. I am currently waiting to be contacted back from escalations and have a case number because that is absolutely ridiculous. Both people I spoke with said they have never heard of this happening and that this is not their policy at all.

- BGBrittany GrinderMar 31, 20261.0Purchased a full puppy package to be used for all of the vaccines needed for a year and was only able to use it once because the vet refused to continue vaccinating my puppy because she had a mild allergic reaction, she threw up 30mins after injection. I would not give a 1-star if the gave me the rest of my money back, but they did not. The person in charge to give refunds never returned a phone call or email. Horrible experience! The people given the vaccinations have no control on refunds. They will take your money, but magically cannot give it back. Save your money and go somewhere else like SPCA.
