  We had the best experience at Vetco Walnut Creek! From the person who checked us in, and then the nurse, and finally the vet, everyone there clearly loved and knew animals. They were so kind and also on time. I will definitely go back.

  If there were more stars I would give them. This staff goes the extra, extra mile and is extremely compassionate with my goldendoodle and this first-time dog owner. They are also available for follow-up questions. I am extremely pleased with the excellent service!

  My partner and I brought our cats in a few days ago. Best experience we’ve ever had! The team was solid, very kind and knowledgeable. We were greeted by the manager, who roomed us; nice guy who made us feel welcomed and at home. Our nurse was so sweet, also very knowledgeable. Dr. Kim was very professional and straightforward. Honestly, you can feel the positive vibe in this place. The appointment time was just right. We didn’t feel rushed and our cats seemed chill afterwards. Happy to find this new hospital for our pets.

  The front staff, and vet staff were kind but a little lacking in knowledge of prices. I had the misfortune of interacting with their hospital manager and he completely ruined the experience. Rude, unempathetic, patronizing, and way too sassy. Completely soured the experience. Otherwise it would be 3-4 stars.

  Everyone from the staff was amazing - forgive me for forgetting your names but the blond nurse dude and the brown haired dr helped my dog Dallas and you guys were all straightforward, sweet and wonderful! Good team you got! All wonderful people!!
