- CCC.D. Cain2 days ago1.0I made an appointment for a rabies vaccination for my dog online. When I showed up for the appointment, I confirmed I had made an appointment for only a rabies vaccination. I was taken to a room and had to wait. A vet entered and examined my dog. I was given a bill for the examination that I did not ask for and the vaccination. I paid the bill and advised that I would not return to the PetCo on N. California Blvd in Walnut Creek. I explained my dog has a regular vet and did not need a paid examination. The PetCo on Ygnacio in Walnut Creek does not charge for an exam with a vaccination.
- MMMonique meSep 10, 20265.0I was going to check different vets to find just the right one. I scheduled a variety of appointments for our newly adopted young dog. Vetco was the first. Our first appointment (and our second) was amazing. We didn't have to wait, we were not rushed, and nothing was upsold. We were able to ask all the questions we wanted and I felt our dog was taken care of. I truly thought our appointments would be twice the cost that they were. The first appointment was even free. The assistant and vet were fantastic, and the people at the front desk were great too. I truly believe our dog received the best treatment and it was very convenient that Petco was next door. Our dog loves getting a special treat after his appointments.
