  Bought a pet name tag. Problem was the receipt. Ink was so low you couldn’t read the code needed. Had to point this out to the cashier. She offers to reprint. Same problem. She writes down what she think it says. That was wrong - only after I had to try the machine. She said the only thing she could do was return it. Really? You can’t fix the ink problem????? So you lost a sale. I had to drive to another competitor to purchase. I’ll think twice before I return here

  very disappointing. we went to attend the advertised “guinea pig world cup” and we were very excited about it. there was only one other family who attended besides mine and they were the only ones acknowledged. the workers running the “world cup” only spoke to them, despite us being right next to them, and only offered petting the guinea pigs to them. additionally, the event was no doubt traumatizing for the guinea pigs. the event consisted of one small tank, some paper soccer goals, and two guinea pigs. the worker manhandled them as she tried to get them out to be pet, they ran away and squealed as she roughly went after them and grabbed at them. a very disappointing experience for some people who were excited to see some guinea pigs and potentially adopt a couple. attached is a photo of the horrible false advertisement.

  I am writing this review to highlight the terrible customer service from the assistants at this location (Ygnacio Valley Rd). this review to specifically complain about the terrible behavior of the vet assistants who work with the doctor. While the veterinarian herself was professional, kind, and polite, the girls working as her direct assistants were incredibly rude, frustrated, and actually shouted at me. A veterinary clinic should be a calm and respectful environment, but the unprofessionalism of these vet assistants made it a horrible experience. I truly appreciate the doctor's care, but management seriously needs to address the staff assisting her. Unacceptable.
