- SMSteven MelendezAug 2, 20261.0Liars. Went here to help my dogs itchiness due to flea dermatitis. Said they would give him a shot to stop the itchiness and never did. Charged me for other things besides the initial point. Horrible people work here and dont care about animals.
- KVKay VogtJul 29, 20262.0There’s is a very high volume, VERY annoying recording that repeats incessantly- apparently for customer calls that are on hold. Very ironic, because while you are trying not to lose a customer on the phone you are losing all the customers in the store. Honestly, it’s like some kind of prisoner torture. Turn it down or make it stop. I would never go into that store again if I didn’t live my groomer and dog trainer there! Plus there is visible dog pee on virtually every low shelf in the store. Maybe get a janitor who doesn’t mind cleaning up dog pee, or change your policy ability dogs in the store.
