- RRRobin RaffAug 24, 20261.0Do not sign up for dog training here (S. California location in WC)! The first session was canceled via text two hours before due to trainer illness. Okay, I understand that people get sick. Second week, I arrive ready to go and no trainer there. Apparently the trainer had left a few hours ago. However, no one in the store knew anything about the training sessions and suggested it must be at the other WC location. They didn't offer to help figure out what was going on by looking up the training schedule for me or contacting their trainer. They just suggested that I call the other WC location to see if it was there, but it wasn't. I had to go home to find the receipt which confirmed that I was in the right location, and then I waited via online chat to have them process a refund. It was just a big waste of time!!!
