- ACA-Chau Caban1 day ago5.0Dr Fitch is so kind, professional and thorough in all her explanations. She very understanding and goes an extra mile to help her clients to take care of their pets’ health and make it possible for pet owners to afford the best care for their pets. Also the front desk support and nurses are all so kind and despite how busy a day may be their don’t rush helping each client.
- AKAnna KornfeldSep 22, 20262.0Never return calls or messages. And always long hold when you call. I have no complaints about their veterinarian team. Customer service is poor! Switching my dog to a different practice!
- BHBrooke HowardJun 27, 20265.0I absolutely love this office! Every time we come in, everyone at the front desk is so kind, welcoming, and friendly. They always make us feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. I take both of my dogs, Leia and Luna, here, and they absolutely love Dr. Mackynzie! She is incredibly thorough and always takes the time to listen to all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She explains everything in detail and makes sure all of my concerns have been addressed before we leave. I always leave our appointments feeling confident that my dogs received the best care possible. The veterinary nurses have also been wonderful every time we’ve visited. Everyone on the team is compassionate, professional, and truly cares about both their patients and their owners. I can’t recommend this office enough!
- AAndre #Jun 24, 20261.0Incompetent customer service. They have no idea what the hell is going on and it just wastes my time (time off work etc). Avoid this location.
- AMAnthony MarinoJun 18, 20261.0Please don't come here, this is the vet that you take your child to if you don't care about them. What hospital do you go to and you don't get to see the doctor and you only talk to the help. So please if you love your child you definitely want to go somewhere else, because these people do not care
Frequently Asked Questions About Banfield Pet Hospital

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
