- BHBrooke HowardJun 27, 20265.0I absolutely love this office! Every time we come in, everyone at the front desk is so kind, welcoming, and friendly. They always make us feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. I take both of my dogs, Leia and Luna, here, and they absolutely love Dr. Mackynzie! She is incredibly thorough and always takes the time to listen to all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She explains everything in detail and makes sure all of my concerns have been addressed before we leave. I always leave our appointments feeling confident that my dogs received the best care possible. The veterinary nurses have also been wonderful every time we’ve visited. Everyone on the team is compassionate, professional, and truly cares about both their patients and their owners. I can’t recommend this office enough!

What hospital do you go to and you don't get to see the doctor and you only talk to the help. So please if you love your child you definitely want to go somewhere else, because these people do not care

Las personas de recepción tuvieron una actitud muy desagradable y discriminatoria. Incluso usando mi traductor, me seguían respondiendo en inglés aunque les repetí varias veces que no entendía el idioma. Me volteaban los ojos y me trataron con muy mala actitud. RACISTAS!! No tuvieron paciencia ni empatía conmigo, a pesar de que llevo mucho tiempo asistiendo a este lugar. También solicité el reembolso de unas medicinas porque ya las tenía en casa, pero me pusieron muchas excusas y no quisieron hacer la devolución. Me dijeron que tenía que esperar UNA HORA!!! así que tuve que irme. Estoy muy decepcionada del servicio al cliente que recibí hoy. Nunca más volveré a este lugar.

I don’t even know why she works in customer service. The doctors are great, but i will not come back to this place for the terrible experience.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
