  Took my standard poodle in for a haircut and they only cut half of her hair and it took four hours. Absolutely ridiculous and a horribly unprofessional job. She looked horrible afterwards. I do not recommend this Petco at all. The manager just put her nose up and sit well we’ll fix it next time. Don’t go there. It’s a terrible place to have your dog groomed. On top of all that she flinched several times when I move fast so I don’t know what happened but it wasn’t good

  Great staff at this store! Always welcoming and helpful. Vetco clinic also super nice. But PLEASE turn up your A/C. Google says weather is 84° but feel like 88°. We were there for a bit since we did the Vetco app and we were sweating!!!!!

  My favorite Petco to shop at 😁the manager is always there to help you with a smile and the cashier was very friendly.

  I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessionalism and hostile behavior of the staff at this Petco grooming salon.I was standing outside the glass and caught the staff making rude gestures, thinking I couldn't see them. Before they even evaluated my dog, I heard them stating they weren't going to take her. When the employee finally came out, my dog gave a standard greeting bark. I immediately explained that my dog is friendly and that is just how she says hello. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the girl bluntly told me, 'Absolutely not, we will not be taking her, you can leave now.'The staff here is lazy, judgmental, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. Rejecting a client before even assessing the dog. and mocking customers behind the glass is unacceptable. Avoid this location if you want your pet treated with care and respect
