  **★☆☆☆☆ Terrible customer service, would not trust them with my dog** I arrived for my dog's grooming appointment at the Petco on Sepulveda and got in line behind two other customers. When I reached the counter, the staff refused to take my dog and told me I was late. I was standing in their line the entire time, so being "late" was a result of their own slow check-in, not my arrival. Instead of acknowledging the mix-up or finding a solution, they brushed me off. I left frustrated and without the service I had scheduled. If this is how they handle a simple check-in, I can't imagine trusting them with my dog's care. I will not be returning and would suggest other pet owners look elsewhere. The two male Groomers working there today should absolutely be fired for their horrible customer service treatment. 10/5/26

  I am writing to formally complain about an experience I had during my second appointment at the Petco location in the Sepulveda/Burbank area. During my first appointment, I arrived with my two cats using the same carriers/restraints and following the safety procedures I understood Petco required. On that occasion, I was treated respectfully, and the staff was kind and helpful. I had no issues whatsoever. During my second appointment, I arrived with my two cats separated and secured, just as I had done during my first visit. However, the employee assisting me told me that my cats could not be seen unless I placed them inside a cardboard box. I did not refuse to cooperate or refuse to follow instructions. My concern was that the cardboard box did not provide the same level of safety and security for my cats as the carriers I had brought with me. I was also instructed to move my cats into the cardboard box outside the store, despite the fact that the weather conditions were extremely hot. As a pet owner, I was very concerned about exposing my cats to high temperatures while handling them outside in an unsecured cardboard box. I was trying to protect my animals and avoid putting them at unnecessary risk. What was especially upsetting was the inconsistency between my two visits. During my first appointment, I followed the same type of safety precautions and was treated very well. During my second appointment, I was treated very differently despite arriving prepared and making a genuine effort to comply with the instructions given to me.

  Why are you selling baby medium crickets as medium those fools aren't even small. Then we get the large and there barley and bigger, don't sell different options if you don't have them. Awful service they barley wanted to help and seemed annoyed that we wanted what we payed for, not coming back.
