  I’ve been bringing my cats to Broadway for a few years now. And recently, I added a new family member. It’s nice that Dr. Preet gets to be part of my new puppies journey as she has been for so many of my fur babies. The staff is super friendly and supportive. Dr. Preet always gives thorough examinations and answers all my questions. Plus, FiFi loves her. I highly recommend this hospital if you’re looking for a family veterinarian. (Also, look how cute my puppies first vet photo is. Ask for a photo when you’re there).

  First time there with my 3 pets.. small dog and 2 cats. Very pleased with the staff... very caring and efficient. Considering the high cost of vet service today... prices are reasonable. Dr. Preet showed great affection towards my pets which put them at ease.

  Initially, Dr. Harry was my go-to vet for my dog Cali. He was always so sweet and attentive, a Godsend. I still kept coming back bc Dr. Preet and Sukh kept that same genuine attention and care to Cali- and then later came my husky Luna. I have been coming to them for over 5 years now. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. We had our family cat Nala of 12 years who we just had to make the difficult decision to put down a month ago, and I couldn’t thank them enough for making such a difficult experience so calm and informative for my family and I. All of the vet techs are so friendly and kind. They truly go above and beyond, always willing to help everyone. Yes, it can get busy every now and then, but also, how can you blame a vet hospital who wants to help and treat any emergency situation that comes up. I am thankful for everyone that works there, they all keep it so real and are all so hard-working to care for our furry family members. Shout out to the entire Broadway Hospital team because you guys do an amazing job and I know it is not easy. You guys are truly the GOAT’s of Vallejo veterinary care and are so appreciated! Thank you all for what you do!!

  Dr Harry was an amazing vet and is much missed. His son and Vanessa are the only two that seem to care at all. My dog was newly diagnosed with diabetes. I had a critically ill dog with diabetic keto acidosis. I was told to come in for a keto test and insulin just come on in. When I got there I was greeted by the vet telling me to just go home. Not to worry about it . I knew my dog was very sick, they were family like children. After being yelled at by the vet I began crying because I was already so stressed. They did the testing and my dog had to be hospitalized because I was told his keto level didn’t even register. Every time I go in there I am ignored or the receptionist is talking on the phones phone and they leave you standing there. One was so rude she got off the phone and instead of helping me while holding my 22 lb dog she picked up a new phone call. When they go to grab something for you in the back they are gone for 10-15 min. Looking for a new vet. Don’t recommend , it’s not the same we when Dr Harry was there. Done with this one.
