I’m so grateful I found this place by chance. I’m not local to the area, but I made the urgent drive because this was the only ER hospital on a weekend that had oxygen available. I called over 10 hospitals. My boy was having an asthma attack and struggling to breathe.
We were seen right away, and even though he’s still on medication I truly felt like my baby was in the right hands. I was a nervous wreck, but the staff never made me feel like a bother when I kept asking how he was doing. Their kindness and calmness meant everything in such a scary moment. They also reached out to me after his visit to see how he was doing. Thank you Dr Pegg, vet techs & all the team members that were available and assisting Saturday 05/09/26
The truth is, my dog died under thier care. They still owe me more money for services not renderered, barred me from the facility, posted "ZERO
TOLERANCE" signs after my dogs hospilization to discourage clients from asking questions, hang up on me if I call them, and never gave me the reason why my dog died. They waited 16 hrs to Notify me of his passing so I could come in and close my account. They never said they were sorry ,and they still operate the same heinous way to this day as they did when I was there, and as they did years ago. Read all the horrible, disgusting reviews of how they conduct business. They think people will just let it go, because most people do, but I haven't, and I won't.

Our boxer Kygo passed away on March 9th after being diagnosed with lymphoma, and while our hearts are still heavy I felt compelled to leave this review for Dr. Patlogar.
When we got the diagnosis our world completely stopped. Lymphoma is devastating news for any pet owner and we didn’t know what to expect or how much time we had left with him. Dr. Patlogar guided us through one of the hardest seasons of our lives with so much compassion and honesty. He never sugarcoated things, but he also never made us feel like giving up was the only option. Because of his care and commitment, Kygo got six more months, and those six months meant EVERYTHING to us.
Six more months of his goofy boxer personality. Six more months of cuddles and chaos. Six more months to love him the way he deserved.
Dr. Patlogar, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You gave us more time with our boy and that is a gift we will never forget or be able to repay. If you’re looking for a vet who will fight for your pet and truly show up for your family this is your guy.

I brought my dog in at 5am after he was extremely sick and basically dying. I called four vet offices and this one is the only one who said they would take him. They immediately started testing him and got him on fluids. The staff was extremely kind and caring. The doctors were very informative throughout the entire process and were updating me with a lot of information the whole time. They answered all my questions with kindness even if I asked multiple times for clarity. I really thought my dog was about to die but after a few days here he is back to normal and coming home!

We had a great experience the first time bringing our puppy here a couple months ago. This week we had a new situation where we were desperately in need of caring help for our puppy again. We didn’t hesitate to take her back to Dr Patlogar and the rest of the team. We’re very thankful to have such a great vet nearby.
