- NNNancyJun 10, 20261.0We trapped a feral cat. We reached out to two different Vetco locations who both said they could handle ferals. First Vetco (Oakland) we got there and they told us no, they can't help and we need to take her to Vetco Union City where they handle ferals. So we take her to Union City where we're told no, they don't do ferals unless they're sedated. So many hours wasted with these people who straight up lie until you're on site then turn you away.

- THTaina HeinigFeb 1, 20261.0We had an appointment at 6:25pm and had a little bit of a problem getting there which made us 5 minutes late. I get it that we were wrong for that but getting there the staff said the doctor would not see us because she had to leave at 7pm and then they changed it to 6:30pm, when they are not supposed to close until 8:00pm. They don’t have to go out of their way to squeeze us in but if there is no one else there but one dog already being seen I don’t see why they could not make 5 min to give our dog a shot since the appt is already only 5 minutes long.
