- WVWacheri VillahermosaMay 11, 20261.01st time at this location will never go back , let’s start with the wait time to drop off and pick up my dog - when I came to pick up no one was at counter or working on dog - everyone disappeared and for a long time. It was quite a few customers waiting and even a couple left. The groomer was pleasant(that’s the 1star) but didn’t take the time to get to know my baby- she was taking my dog to back and dragging her by neck with leash. I asked can u at least pick her up to carry her to the back and she said no- She said they have to walk themselves. Well she not walking you are dragging her by her neck. NEVER Again .

They took over 2 hours to finish my dog and had the gall to tell me she’s anxious and to book VIP next time. Why would I pay $35 extra to have the same lackluster service. Anyways would not recommend, we will be returning to Irvine location going forward.
