The Petco on Irvine in Tustin is fully stocked with the lowest prices in town with friendly knowledgeable staff....it is my "go-to" store to feed my pets.....very clean and accessible

Horrible experience as a customer with the grooming department. Refused the service when I came to the appointment after trying to coerce me into using a package treatment for my dog. Rude and disrespectful groomers. Store manager lied about the policy that does not exist so they can coerce customers into buying packages for grooming. I will be reporting this to BBB.
