- SSStcSep 26, 20265.0It makes me sad to see this location have bad reviews because my experience with the staff has always been so positive. Valerie is such a kind person, and I truly love and appreciate her. Dr. Makela was also amazing, and I’m honestly so sad that he has left Banfield. He was incredibly compassionate, caring, and ethical. My dogs Dexter, Mariposa, and Lucy all knew him and were very comfortable with him, which meant so much to me. Now we have to start over with a new vet at this same location and that’s definitely hard after building that level of trust. Everyone at this location has always been very nice to us. They’re also extremely busy, so I think it’s important to remember that you’re not the only patient they’re caring for. They’re doing their best to help a lot of pets and families every day.
- MCMelany Garcia CortezAug 29, 20261.0Bait and switch false advertising!!!! Beware. They don’t honor coupon once you sign up if disappears and they don’t try to help you through booking process to accommodate the first time visit. Go somewhere else.
- ARAmirra RobertsJul 15, 20261.0Just a money grab. They don’t care about your pets and will charge you for services they didn’t complete.
- LGlauren GidleyJul 4, 20261.0They're completely negligent if you take your pet here expect them to not care try to sell you abunch of medications your animal doesn't need and then some how miss a life threatening illness
- MRmelissa ramirezJul 3, 20261.0Do not go to Banfield. They misdiagnosed a husky who had lung problems and due to that ,the husky went on life support and almost died. Not only that they LIED stating his lungs were perfectly “healthy”. But wait there’s MORE, this hospital wanted to pay 1k to the pet parent as to hush up about the situation and to never speak of it.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
