High quality care is not their priority. I was just there last night from 1 am- 7am. The front desk staff was rude to myself and other clients. I explained the type of toxin my dog had ingested, explaining it was a neurotoxin and the vet tech kept insisting it was an anticoagulant. It was not. I was advised I should be prepared to pay 4-5k, then they said 1-2k for stay. Big difference in price, no accuracy or consistency. I took my pet home so that I could monitor myself, the vet tech said “he is probably going to die at home with you” although he was not showing any signs or symptoms. I asked for him to be treated and then I would take him home, avoiding the overnight hospitalization. Its been over 24 hrs and he is doing fine and absolutely himself (yaiy). My husband was on the phone with them initially, explaining the situation of my dog. They told him to call poison control, and have me head over to the facility, which I did. Once there, the vet herself, Dr. Sanchez stated that they had mentioned to him that they could not intake my pet as they were overbooked. That never happened. Very disappointed with this veterinary facility. Quality care is not a priority nor is patient satisfaction or full transparency.

Thank you Taylor vet for seeing my boy Patch🐱 in a sudden emergency on 4th july. We are from Sonora so all the vets in our area and nearby towns were closed for the holiday. We are super thankful that y'all were able to see him even though he had to put down for saddle thrombus yall were able to keep him stable till rest of the family can come say goodbye. It made us feel at ease to end his pain and suffering❤️
From the moment we walked through the doors, every single person treated my Sydney girl with such kindness, compassion, and genuine care. My first emergency with my pup in 6 years, and my first time coming here at Taylor as it was after hours at my regular vet over an hour away,
but the entire team here made a stressful situation with my pup so much more manageable. They were attentive, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything while making sure Sydney was as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Younes and all of the technicians and front desk staff all went above and beyond, and I truly felt that Sydney’s well-being was their top priority. The office and exam rooms are very clean.
I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and compassion we received. Thank you for treating Sydney like one of your own—I couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time. Highly recommend this amazing team at Taylor Emergency Vet in Turlock!

I made the mistake of bringing my dog to this facility, thinking I was doing the right thing. The first thing they started with was x-rays and bloodwork, They did an exam gave me some meds and sent me home. They quoted a price from 3 to 5 grand if she spent the night so I was there for a couple hours. Paid 1700 bucks had no problem with that. She got sick again. I came back the first that was a man. The second event was a woman. They both acted like they know what they were doing to make a long story short. I went back-and-forth four times the fourth Vet was Dr. Heather. She looked at the original x-ray. There was a rock inside of my dog stomach, but none of the other three vets mentioned anything about it. I asked Dr. Heather why and she said she didn’t know Dr. Lee wanted to take more x-rays but Didn’t have the skills to read the first x-ray, obviously three incompetent vets in a row and then Dr. Heather performed surgery if you’re thinking about coming to this place, the staff is more professional than the vets Dr. Heather was the only competentvet working in this facility. My advice for you is to drive to Fresno. This is corporation own veterinarian the staff there was great. The three doctors that I dealt with before Dr. Heather are incompetent. I worry about other people bringing their pets there.also to your response of how the X-rays went out to some bs imaging I saw the original X-ray I could see the stone I know your trying to cover Negligence from the first three vets if you want the title of Dr you need to back it up with some accountability I will be filing a complaint with the animal medical board that oversees these matters
I am extremely disappointed with the care my mother's dog received at this clinic.
We brought her in because she was actively vomiting, suffering from diarrhea, and unable to keep down food or water. Despite being fully aware of her condition, the clinic sent her home with oral medications that she was unable to keep down. No IV fluids were provided, and her condition worsened significantly the following day, forcing us to seek care elsewhere.
To make matters worse, we later learned that the dosage of medication she was sent home with appeared inappropriate for her small size. As pet owners, we trusted that the medications and dosages being prescribed were safe and appropriate. Learning that there were concerns about the dosage only added to our worry and frustration.
What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability. We were under the impression that certain treatments had been provided, only to later discover discrepancies in what was actually administered. We have also been told after the fact that hospitalization was recommended, but that was never clearly communicated to my mother during the visit. Had she been properly informed that her dog's condition was serious enough to require hospitalization, she would have taken immediate action.
When we sought a second opinion, we were advised that injectable anti-nausea medication, antibiotics, and supportive care should have been considered given the symptoms our dog was experiencing. Instead, she was sent home with oral medication despite being unable to keep anything down.
We attempted to resolve our concerns directly and professionally with the clinic before sharing our experience publicly. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging our concerns, our request for a refund was denied.
Pet owners trust veterinary clinics during some of the most stressful moments imaginable. We expected compassionate care, clear communication, and appropriate treatment. Instead, we were left with a much sicker dog, significant emotional distress, and additional veterinary expenses to address issues that we believe should have been handled appropriately from the beginning.
I encourage anyone considering this clinic to ask detailed questions, request copies of all treatment records, and carefully review the care plan and medications being recommended for their pet.
