  Generally a good experience. I had an item for exchange that I did not have a receipt for. The manager was very professional and allowed me to do the exchange. The only thing that I was not happy about was that the item's price was $24.99 but when I wanted to exchange it, they only gave me $17.99 credit. They couldn't explain why the item was ringing up at the lower price and they didn't adjust the price so I basically lost about $7. But overall, I was pretty happy with the experience.

  Terrible customer service. Went in there to buy fish and was talked down to by the employee who basically talked us out of buying a fish. Then when we did go to the cashier to pay was betrayed by the same demeaning questions.

  I took my dog to get groomed, and now she has fleas, she has never had fleas in her life and is an indoor dog, and my house is treated by pest control regularly for fleas and ticks. I called PetCo to talk to someone about this and was told a manager would follow up with me, they never did. I do not recommend them, they are avoiding responsibility.

  Employees, very rude will not help to look for anything just say we have an unpacked yet if it’s not there, we don’t have it no effort
