  Great customer service! We took our cat Phoebe in for a check up and the staff was wonderful. Quentin was very kind, thoroughly explained our treatment plan for Phoebe and provided great options for extra care. Phoebe loved Quentin!

  My family and I went into Petco today 8-16-26 and we were looking at cat food. My son has autism. He was told no and made this very big sound . There were three workers standing by in a circle making fun of him saying “what was that?!” “Sounded like a zombie!” When I confronted them and said Hey THATS MY SON! They tried to lie and say that one of the co workers scared them and that was bullshit because I was literally in the next aisle and heard every word. Get better workers before they ruin your store name ! People don’t know how to not be nice anymore in this world or what?! Shame shame on all of you .

  Great store, friendly, knowledgeable staff. My only disappointment is the lack of a choice of Senior cat food. They had everything else I needed for my 100 gallon fish tank and food for them.

  Very disappointed with my experience at this Petco. I went in to buy three betta fish, and one of the employees behind the counter (the one with the lip piercing) asked if we had tanks with heaters and filters already set up. We told her we had vases ready for them, and she immediately refused to sell us the fish. What doesn't make sense is that this same employee has sold us bettas before, so I don't understand why the decision was different this time. If it's store policy, that's one thing, but there was no reason to be rude about it. The most frustrating part was seeing several betta fish at the store that looked like they were in terrible condition, with some appearing to be dying in their small cups. It's hard to understand refusing a sale over concerns for the fish's welfare while fish in the store seemed to need better care themselves. Customer service should be respectful, even when enforcing store policies. Unfortunately, this experience was rude, inconsistent, and disappointing.
