  A young employee was standing at the register chatting with the cashier when I asked for crickets. I needed to return to my car to get my wallet, and when I came back, they were still talking. When I asked about the crickets, I was told I needed to pay before they could be retrieved, which was understandable, but the response came across as rude. After paying, I followed the employee to the cricket area. The process took an unusually long time, and I made a lighthearted comment asking if he was counting them one by one. The employee responded by telling me that I couldn't talk to him that way. I explained that I was frustrated as a paying customer, but the situation quickly escalated. The employee accused me of lacking human decency, and a manager then became involved. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, the manager raised his voice and told me never to return to the store. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative experience I've had at this location. Customer service consistently seems to be lacking, and this visit confirmed that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Everyone was kind and efficient, but our family of rescue kitties are sure going to miss our veterinarian. : (

  I appreciate going to this location that is always clean and stocked with everything I need for my kitties. Helpful staff, ample parking, convenient for a quick in and out.
