  Dr Tyler Chung was amazing. He really checked Bert over. Sadly we moved back to San Diego but I am hoping to move back when our lease is up and go back to Dr. Tyler Chung. He checked my dog over more than most vets. He didn't try to over charge me for things and listened. Thank you

  The receptionists are very nice and they are the best part of this clinic. The veterinarians though I don’t trust. If I could I’d give the receptionists 5 stars and the vets 1 star. On several occasions with different vets I’ve felt that pointless expensive tests were run just for nothing to be addressed. They won’t even refill prescriptions when my family already has a recent prescription from other vet clinics. I feel they just give you the run around for money and don’t even actually know what’s going on. They did a few tests on our senior cat (which showed nothing we couldn’t already see and didn’t already know!) and seemed to urgently suggest that our cat get immediate cardiology treatment or be put down. They weren’t even able to clearly diagnose the problem before recommending euthanizing! What kind of doctor is that! You’re supposed to help us find a solution not take all our money, stress our cat out, and stress the entire family out. Even our cat hated being there. We took her to another clinic and found all her results to be normal. They suggested thyroid medication and a diuretic which is exactly what my family knew she needed from the beginning. Absolutely no euthanasia was suggested. Either these vets don’t know what they’re doing or they knew exactly what they were doing and just wanted to make a few extra bucks off of a family.

  We brought our cat Artin in, and a minor operation was recommended. It went very smoothly and he is in great health now that he has recovered. Everyone was able to answer our questions clearly and keep us updated on the process. In addition, the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend this animal hospital.

  I have been seeing Dr. Chung and his staff since April of 2026, and it's been a great experience. They are helping me manage my Galgo's golden years, and they took good care of our chihuahua mix Mabel who had to have surgery to remove a benign tumor. I also appreciate it that when you give them feedback directly on how they can improve, they take it to heart.
