You have to first talk to a phone center in Asia, where they don’t seem to understand what you Need.they say they don’t handle emergencies! And if you have an emergency, you have to make an appointment!! That really sucks. if you need to talk to someone in Vetco directly call the Oceanside Petco on Vista.
