  DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE FOR GROOMING. I wish I didn’t have to make this review. We have been coming here for about 2 years already and had loved it. Chauncey was our groomer and he was fantastic with my lovely Max. However, there is a formal grimmer who had wanted to take on Max’s grooming multiple times and we nicely informed her we prefer Chauncey because Max was comfortable with him. Well after about a year of Chauncey doing our grooming, we started bringing him Starbucks as another thank you and the female groomer would make comments. She would make comments like “must be nice to have clients that like you” or “I wish I had clients that brought me Starbucks and tipped me” or “I would love to get Starbucks too! Let me groom max” and honestly those comments were uncalled for and uncomfortable. Well the last time we took max for grooming, the female groomer made another comment about wanting to do Max’s grooming and i politely said no. I dropped him off and when I went to go pick him up, he was limping, his back legs would buckle in when he walked and he wouldn’t sit in his butt. He would cry and yelp when we would get near his bottom. I called multiple times to try and talk to Chauncey to see if something happen during the service and NO ONE, would answer my call or would tell me Chauncey was in. So it’s in your best interest to stay away from this locations grooming service. The female groomer, is not too tall she’s around 5’2-5’4, heavier set woman, in her mid to maybe late 20’s & commonly wears a tie dye shirt. She’s normally the one who checks you in or helps check you out.

  The store manager was extremely skillful in helping me navigate my order and receive the 20% discount. Our order was waiting for us and store personnel were friendly and professional.

  We love everything about it here. They employees are super nice and helpful. We have had wonderful experiences when taking our pets to get groomed, they do an amazing job and very friendly. The vet here is also amazing, the vet staff is always friendly and helpful, they show they truly care about your pets. The receptionist has been there for a few years, she has met all our pets and she is super kind. The technicians there and the doctors are great, they truly try to do everything they can for your fur babies.

  Every employee is friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever have a question, I get the best info and will always get taken directly to the product. The store is well-stocked and always clean.
