  Terrible, terrible vet clinic. Do NOT take your pets here if you care about them, because Banfield clearly does not. Their inability to accurately do their job played a significant role in the passing of my dog. They take forever to answer phones, provide incorrect/untrue diagnoses, and push unclear and expensive treatment plans because this money scheming company cares more about financial gain than actually providing accurate, compassionate veterinary care. Throughout my dog’s decline, we repeatedly had to seek help from other veterinary clinics because Banfield was either unresponsive, dismissive, understaffed, or simply ineffective. Those other clinics actually answered calls, communicated clearly, and treated both animals and owners with urgency and compassion. Meanwhile, Banfield continuously added stress, confusion, delays, and extra financial burden during one of the worst experiences imaginable for a family. Even after the death of our beloved senior dog, Banfield has STILL made cancelling the wellness plan unnecessarily difficult. The fact that this company is willing to continue making grieving families fight over billing and memberships immediately after losing a pet says everything you need to know about their priorities. They were happy to take our money every month, but when it came time to provide competent care and basic compassion, they failed completely. Do not spend your money here. Do not trust them with your pets. Do better than Banfield.

  Absolutely awful service, they barely answer the phones, incredibly understaffed. Phone rings and rings, you leave a message. Rarely get a call back, can’t make an appointment because no one ever calls you back. I bought the wellness package and it was one of the worst pet choices I could have made. I ended up spending $8k at a different vet as I couldn’t get a person on the phone at Banfield or make an appointment. And my pet ultimately died, would not recommend, not to anyone. Operated terribly, the wellness plan is just a way to get your money. Don’t bother

  My boyfriend and I were on a roadtrip and had to make an emergency stop for our dog cuz she was getting so carsick. We didn’t think they were gonna be able to get us in or help us since it was so last minute, but Gabriel Estrada the practice manager was the absolute best. He made our pup feel super calm and was so understanding and nice to us about everything. As college kids were balling on a budget and Gabriel understood completely and got us in and out in maybe a hour or two. Not long at all especially given that this was at the very last minute! So major shoutout to Gabriel.

  Gabriel was insanely helpful, i wish i lived in this town because this would be my main banfield off my first visit with the practice manager, he helped so much with the costs and help get my puppy feeling comfortable and okay in the car again. the vet was super helpful and nice and explain evertthing very throughly and well. i really appreciate everything they did for my dog and our family. 10/10 experience.

  Dr Post is the best. We have always taken our pets here and have only good things to say. They are very caring and compassionate here. We had to have our beagle put to sleep here and even though it was a sad situation for our family, they let us take our time with her in her last moments. We have been coming here for years.
