- TTthe1stfallenangel944 days ago5.0Had a good check up with my senior cat. They pet hospital was happy to work with my traumatized cat and eased a few of my worries about her. They told me while her teeth weren't great it was to be expected at her age. (And while I know nothing about cat dentistry it was very obvious her teeth were bad) They even comforted her while she was shaking and afraid and they loved her fancy name... She's named after a doctor who companion lol. My cat may have a different opinion though but overall great experience!

I was already at the location to drop her off when I received a last-minute call saying the appointment had to be canceled because the doctor was out for lunch. What made this even more frustrating was being told they were completely booked, leaving me with no convenient option to reschedule. This could have been communicated before I made the trip, rather than waiting until I was already there. The front-desk staff member was also rude and seemed completely unconcerned about the situation. She did not make any effort to help, offer a reasonable solution, or acknowledge the inconvenience this caused. This was a complete waste of my time and caused a major inconvenience. If an appointment is booked and confirmed, I expect the office to honor it or provide reasonable notice if something changes. Very frustrating and unacceptable customer service.
- CRCharlotte RolandJul 15, 20262.0they took some blood from my kitty for a test and didnt wrap up her leg so she was free bleeding and in a lot of pain. i’ve never seen a vet not wrap an injection site before. the vet and nurses also didnt seem like they were all on the same page when it came to my kitty and they all kept giving me different answers to questions about my cat which was very confusing. the free first visit is nice, but i’m really upset they let my cat go home with an open wound.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
