- KHKellie Healy2 days ago3.0We had to wait 20 mins past our appointment time for someone to come open the store. Groomer complained about our dog saying he needed a professional groomer. We usually take him to a different Petco and have never had any of these issues. I don’t think we will be back to this one.
- ENEsther NaJun 7, 20265.0Elena is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly caring and patient with our dog (he’s very scared of blow dryers), and it’s clear how much she loves animals. Every time Elena grooms our dog, he comes back looking amazing, smelling so fresh, and feeling incredibly clean and soft. We always know he’s in great hands with her. Her attention to detail and genuine care really set her apart. We couldn’t be happier with her service and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic groomer. Elena is simply the best!
- AFAlma FelixJun 4, 20262.0Not satisfied with the grooming services. They literally just shaved my Golden doodle, she even has red irritated skin. She’s been scratching different parts of her body since we took her to Petco. The groomer was very nice and she did told me that given my dog had matting in different areas she would need to cut her fur short but I wasn’t expecting this. Also, they charge $25 extra for matting, like what for? They just removed all her fur, it’s not like they had to brush her or anything. Also, the ears are uneven, not to mention they took almost 5 hours to finish her. Adding before and after pictures and the reference I showed them of how I wanted the grooming style (brown doggie).
