    They had difficulty with one of my pets, a small yappy white dog. They "referred her away" ie they didn't want to deal with her. She's been getting groomed at Petsmart no problem since then but for Petco she's blacklisted and they won't even consider her "because safety" (ie because they employ inexperienced kids to groom dogs and they give up at the slightest difficulty. Dear Petco, I've spent thousands of dollars with you over the years. You will never see another dime from me. Now you're blacklisted, just like my dog.

    Stopped by to ask about nail trim pricing and ended up booking a same day grooming for my chihuahua. Andy was incredibly helpful and took great care of her. I really appreciated that he was cautious with her nail trim and didn’t go too short. When I picked her up, she smelled amazing and looked so happy. Thanks again, Andy! 🐶✨

    Service was ok, staff ok. Check in person wasn't very friendly when we arrived, but the pick-up person was nicer. We took our dog there for the first time after adopting her the week prior & she needed a really good bath! I was hoping to her face hair trimmed and cleaned up but they were unable to do it b/c they had told us that she was too scared. If they are experienced I think they should be able to handle it or distract dog with a treat or something, so was a bit disappointed since I was looking forward to having her completely groomed.
