  Ian in the aquatics department at Petco was absolutely incredible. He helped me get everything set up for my cycled 20-gallon tank and made the whole process feel easy and exciting instead of overwhelming. He took the time to help me choose the perfect fish for my setup, including 4 panda cory catfish and 6 neon tetras to live alongside my male betta. What really stood out was how thorough, patient, and knowledgeable he was. Ian explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. It’s clear he is insanely knowledgeable about all things fish! He clearly genuinely cares about the health of the animals and making sure customers succeed with their tanks, and will go completely above and beyond to make sure that happens! Petco is incredibly lucky to have someone like Ian on their team. He is a huge asset to the store, and because of his help, I left feeling confident and excited about my aquarium. I truly cannot praise him enough! I look forward to seeing you soon, Ian!!!

  Was given huge attitude by a “Jaden” im sure he can print this review and frame it. I simply asked how much a can of cat food waa and he condescendingly said i have to scan it to know. No duh bro one homie to another stop being so douchy. U had already scanned it u mindlessly doing a job u hate and it shows
