  Took my dog in to be treated for a eye infection his little eyes were red and he is losing all the fur around them. Were told after waiting for vet to come and examine him the assistant returned to inform me that the vet wouldn't even come in to examine him unless i first got him a rabies shot so before the vet would even come talk to me they told me that it would be 135.00 i had said i had 160 and if any medicine that he would need was under 30.00 i was fine with it even though i had already told them i was getting his shots a clinic for less money. I asked if the vet could come in examine him so she could tell me what was wrong with him and how much i would need to cover his medicine. Instead the office manager and assistant came in to repeat the samething i was already told i said ok can they please give me a idea on price of medicine i would need. They both responded we dont know where not doctors so again i asked if the vet would please come in and talk with me so i can take care of my dog because it was too late to find another vet. I was told no again same bs as before. So i said im not going to trust my little dog to a place that the person who is supposed to care for and treat the issue that he was brought in there fore in the first place. I was very disappointed in their attempt to force me to pay for something that i had already had planned to take care of elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone unless you have a couple hundred extra to spend ontop of what you were originally quoted when making the appointment.

  absolutely love Bear Creek Veterinary Hospital! The clinic is always very clean, and the entire staff is incredibly caring and welcoming. I brought my dog, Pepper, in for a checkup, and they were so knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure Pepper was comfortable.
