- LLLisaAug 12, 20265.0All staff very kind and knowledgeable. Everyone took their time explaining my cat's diagnosis and treatment plan, I never felt rushed even though I had many questions. They make it easy to set up an appointment with their online scheduling and I was able to get an appointment the very next day which is wonderful. They followed up with two phone calls the day after her appointment to check on how Lily was doing and later to discuss her test results. Very good experience and I can't thank the staff enough for their great care. Highly recommend!
- IAIyabo AdediranJul 30, 20261.0Every time I bring my small dog in for a visit it is always a problem where the are upselling me by using fear tactics I.e. "this is really important to prevent your dog from getting really sick blah blah blah. I can't wait until my contact is over so I can cancel.
- JGJasmine GranadosJun 19, 20261.0Don’t go here! Took my kitten to the vet on Saturday bc of her eye , they also took a stool sample ($100 btw). They told me her eye thing was just irritation and that if I didn’t hear back from them in 24hrs that meant she didn’t have anything . Sunday, Monday , and Tuesday pass , my baby looked sick so my husband took her in Tuesday and they told my husband “it’s good that you came , we’ve been meaning to call you guys , she tested positive for parasites”. They gave her 2 doses of dewormer but her little body couldn’t take it and she died the following day . I feel like it was negligence in their behalf to have not contacted me sooner . Especially if it’s for a service we PAID for . I am devastated at the loss of my baby and will NEVER go here again or recommend anyone to come here either! My biggest mistake was bringing her here !

For the last two years it’s been increasingly more difficult to get pet care here! Third time I’ve been told sorry, you can drop off - we have no appts. The last thing I want to do is drop off a sick dog to sit in a crate until you can make time for him! Bye bye Banfield. I loved the wellness and preventative care but when your pet is sick, they are a nightmare!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
