  I was required to leave my pet for several hours even though she just needed a skin check. There wasn't any transparency in my opinion. They drew blood but there was no shaved fur on her leg which made me question whether blood work was actually done or just made up. COVID is no longer a thing so it felt like a scam that they don't allow you to go in while your pet is examined. The only positive thing is the staff was friendly and they did follow up on the phone.

  giving one star because new management and them knowing that my cat would be more in piece and not in pain the rest of his life if I put him down but they kept pushing me to put him on dialysis and pay more than 1200 bucks to get him better then i would still need to pay for the operation.. This Cat Hospital feels like they care about the money, instead of truly helping and caring about customers loved pet. Im very displeased on how they handled my situation. Im gonna have to find another hopsital.

  If you really care about your pet, the staff here will know. They will use that to their advantage. They will attempt to use that love and affection to make you spend more money than needed.
