He was also very helpful to all the shoppers and asked if he could do anything to assist. He did his best to make my shopping experience the best and for that I will always come to this store. - SSShellcyAug 23, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I brought my puppy in for her vaccination, and the girl working at the front/check-in was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is no reason to treat a customer poorly, especially when they are bringing in their pet and may already be nervous. The way I was spoken to made the entire visit uncomfortable. Customer service matters, and I expected much better treatment. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place and will be taking my puppy somewhere else in the future.
