Care was good...staff very friendly towards Elly...little pricey for services...however the coupon for free visit fee made it affordable..

I spent my $150 Petco gift card and $13 more for medical care and they did not properly treat my dog’s ear infection. Note: Consultation was comped for 1st time visit. Staff only treated one ear when normally both ears are treated. I called and complained. My dog’s ear infection spread to 2nd good ear because I trusted them for care and they couldn’t follow their own medical procedures. Look up my dog Lil Papa. You deserve a bad review. 2 yrs ago my dog had an ear infection and in 10 minutes or less his ears were treated. No complaints. Of course at another vet and less expensive in Palos Verdes.

Dr. Tayamen and her team provided such exceptional, compassionate care for my dog and me. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional, which immediately helped us feel more at ease. Dr. Tayamen treated my dog with genuine kindness and took the time to explain the lab results clearly, patiently answering my questions along the way. Their thoughtful communication and reassurance made what could have been a stressful visit feel much more manageable. I’m truly grateful for the care we received and highly recommend this wonderful clinic.

We brought our dog Bella in for seasonal allergies and heat rash, and the whole team was great. They saw us quickly, explained everything clearly, and walked us through the treatment and aftercare without making us feel rushed. Everyone was very polite, professional, and caring throughout the entire visit. Everything went smoothly, and we left feeling confident that Bella was well taken care of. Thank you so much to Dr. Anne, Krystal, and Ryley for taking such good care of Bella. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend! 🐾❤️
