He had train tracks on his back that are quite noticeable and the long ear hairs we have been growing out on the tips were shaven off even though our notes specifically say not to cut them. Disappointing but we will be back.

- PPPennyJul 27, 20262.0I wasn't happy at all about the amount of time they kept my puppies. In the past they only kept them 40 minutes as they got worked on at the same time. I always explained I didn't want them in the cage long. My one dog has anxiety. This time is was 2 hours. They never told me that they have a VIP service that means the dogs are never in a cage in my previous talks. I would of signed up for it. They even asked me to come in early and then my puppies still took so long. I really liked the place before this. Both my dogs threw up on the way home which never has happened before.

Worst of all, this is a place where you have to pay and add a tip before you see your dog. Never again will I pay $100 for a truly bad haircut.
