  Doctor Chang did a great job with my puppy today she had surgery and a tooth pulled all in 1 day. I'll continue going there the staff are very friendly they took care of my Oreo thank you to all.

  Dr Meijia and the medical assistant who brought us in were both very kind, professional and knew exactly how to treat our puppy! We’ve gone to other vets where they wouldn’t even lay hands on him and would just be on the computer the whole time. Dr Mejia was very hands on with Ozzy and listened to our every concern. She made sure she understood everything clearly, asking all kinds of follow up questions. Ozzy is very anxious in new settings but Dr Mejia and her assistant both did a great job at making Ozzy feel safe and comfortable. Thank you guys for seeing us a Saturday afternoon, even with how busy it was, they made us feel welcomed and made Ozzy feel better. Thank you!

  I brought my sweet baby Daisy in because she was sneezing and had green mucus. Dr Chang was so kind, caring, compassionate, and loving with my sweet cat. She prescribed her antibiotics and it’s definitely hard to get her to take them so I have to mix them with her wet food. I wish they could mix them with something that smells good and tastes good so she will take them easily!! I’m so grateful Dr Chang was so kind and took good care of my baby girl!! I highly recommend her!!

  We've always had Standard Poodles, so our new Mini Goldendoodle was a bit of a mystery to us. Brittaney made us feel so much more comfortable with the personality of our new dog. A big thanks to her and to the entire team at the Saugus Vetco.
