  I want to recognize Lupe at Petco for his outstanding customer service. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful whenever I'm purchasing fish or anything for my aquarium. He takes the time to answer my questions, offers honest advice, and truly cares about the health and well-being of the fish. Because of his guidance, I've had a much better experience maintaining my aquarium. Employees like Lupe make a real difference, and he's one of the reasons I enjoy shopping at this Petco.   Great store for dog owners. Staff was friendly, the store was clean, and they had everything I needed for my pup. Prices were fair and my dog loved the treats we picked up. Will be coming back.

  I went to petco for dog training. Bella completely exceeded our expectations. She made it fun for my puppy and he adored her. Plus, he learned A LOT of good behaviors. She’s incredible.

  We all know Petco doesn’t always have the best reputation when it comes to healthy, thriving fish, but Lupe completely changes that narrative. He goes above and beyond to ensure every living creature in his care is healthy, happy, and thriving. To me, that level of dedication is incredibly selfless and speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. You can tell immediately that the aquatics department at this Petco is different. It’s beautiful, meticulously maintained, and every tank is absolutely pristine, including the saltwater systems. The health and quality of the fish reflect the care and effort Lupe puts into his work every day. Lupe is a treasure chest of knowledge and solutions for any aquarium question I bring his way. No matter how simple or complicated the issue, he always takes the time to answer with patience, clarity, and genuine enthusiasm. He helped me set up my 20-gallon long heavily planted community tank from the ground up and even guided me through setting up a hospital tank when I needed one. His advice and expertise have been absolutely invaluable every step of the way. Thank you, Lupe, for giving me the knowledge and opportunity to allow my tanks to thrive.
