- JHJosh HoffmanSep 24, 20261.0DO NOT TRUST THEM for grooming services. I watched techs cutting nails way too short, and immediately applying styptic powder to the nail.... Not as an emergency recovery protocol. This was EVERY. NAIL. The poor dog was visibly and audibly in discomfort and fear, and the tech was yelling at them. I have photos and video.

- JLJulie LinvilleSep 18, 20265.0Had what I needed in stock! Thank you!
- EBEureka BushinskiAug 31, 20264.0UPDATE: Store reached out and rectified the situation which I really appreciate. I honestly didn't expect that. Thank you. Tried to do an autoship order which is a significant price difference. Their system was not working, which was confirmed by an employee and stated other customers were having the same issue. She offered to sell me 1 of 2 bags at that price for the inconvenience which I thought was fair, but when she rang me up she only gave me 5% off and stated she wouldn't be able to honor the 35% off which she previously stated. If your system isn't working, that's not the fault of the customer and if you can't honor what you offer, that's a problem.
