    Friendly efficient staff made everything smooth in and out very quickly. The reason I gave them a star less because they didn’t explain the most important detail to get Rabies vaccine certificates online. I have made so many phone calls nobody knew. Finally I figured out myself needed login on PETCO website to download the certificate. Anyway I got everything done for my little Chihuahua JJ for his license renewal.

    I was friendly and cordial inquiring about an appointment and the response was for me to try to get my puppy shots at PetSmart up the street?!¿ ¡ .. Um... Thanks?! WOW business must be recession proof to deny services without explanation or care for customers, because one lost is actually 100's when most have conversations over time with 1000's... This would be opposite of making good choices 🤔🤨
